Three levels, the same places
-
Facilities
The supply side. Enumerators observe power, devices and connectivity on site and run mobile data speed tests.
-
Health workers
Facility staff and community health workers report on phone access, digital skills, AI use and their views of digital health tools.
-
Women and communities
The demand side. Women of reproductive age report on phone ownership and access, digital skills, and attitudes toward health information by phone.
